Annette Lawrence
I have previously worked at the trading post in the commercial division maintaining existing clients and seeking new clients to advertise in the paper. Also follow ups to make sure that clients were happy with their advertising and keeping a great repoire with these existing clients.
Also previously worked at the Herald Sun placing the public's advertising in the appropriate categories. Obtaining new clients to advertise in the paper as well. With established repeat clients I maintained a great repoire with them and made sure that they were happy with their advertising and the dollars they were spending they were getting their money's worth as the advertising was getting results for them.
In my position I sell land and houses that we have for sale in the country. This consists of following up clients that have phoned in from advertising of our properties. I make appointments for the public to view our properties during the week or the weekends with our country people who live in Regional Victoria.
Once the customer is happy with his / her purchase the relevant contracts are drawn for the purchaser and deposits are accepted. I continually liase with clients who have made inquiries for country land.
I am also in charge of finalising the advertising each week for the newspapers including the Trading Post, Herald Sun and numerous others used. I authorise the bills when they arrive for accounts to process. Any new advertising I look at for possible usage for the company now or in the future.
I liase with the country people who show the land for us to make sure they have met with clients O.K. and overcome any difficulties they may have.
I am also in charge of the delivery of the newspapers to the company and follow up if not delivered. I have been with Vic Properties since April 2001 as a Property Consultant.

The changes occurring in the financial markets also present challenges and opportunities that need to be addressed to produce the best results for the client which in turn will assist the growth of the business.
The phasing out of Vendor terms contracts has created a scenario whereby banks and other financial institutes have needed to become more flexible or creative in order to maintain market share or achieve expansion of their loan portfolios.
Livio's interests are golf which he plays three times a week and he is a member at Latrobe Golf Club, the Italian Golf Association, Sortino Golf Club and St Andrews Beach Golf Club.
