In 1958, a young Italian migrant, Vic Cellante, together with his business partner Harry Scholtz, began developing properties in Gembrook, Cockatoo and Healesville.
In the early 1970’s, Vic’s eldest son, Livio, entered the business and broadened its operations to include developments throughout the Western districts of Victoria.
Now, the third generation of the Cellante family, Livio’s son Massimo runs the business, which was re-named in the early 1990’s ‘Vic Properties’ in honour of his grand father.
Today, Vic Properties continues to specialize in all aspects of delivering its product from site acquisition, planning, permit approvals, development, marketing and sales and is a recognized market leader in developing regional properties throughout central Victoria.
